With advanced training in TMD and Orofacial Pain from Rutgers, she specializes in treating chronic jaw pain, migraines, and facial discomfort—often with therapeutic injections. Patients appreciate her gentle touch, clear communication, and commitment to making every visit stress-free. She also loves cosmetic dentistry and the confidence a new smile can bring.

Outside the office, Dr. Pasha enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and learning about different cultures. Her warm, compassionate approach helps every patient feel cared for—both in and out of the dental chair.

Meet Dr. Radhwan Al Sinawi—a dentist who blends precision, compassion, and artistry to create healthy, confident smiles. Practicing since 2016, Dr. Al Sinawi brings a comprehensive skill set to every visit, from veneers and implants to full-mouth rehabilitation and oral surgery. He’s also certified in inhaled sedation, helping patients feel relaxed and at ease during treatment.

As the proud owner of SP Dentistry in Fulshear, Texas, Dr. Al Sinawi works alongside his wife, Dr. Pasha, to provide personalized care in a modern, family-owned setting. When he's not in the clinic, you’ll find him traveling, staying active, or enjoying time with loved ones.
